يتم قبول الاسترجاع فقط في حالة وجود عيب صناعة.

في حال تأكيد وجود عيب، نتحمل تكلفة شحن الاسترجاع بالكامل باعتبارنا علامة تجارية محلية.

لا يتم قبول الاسترجاع لأي سبب آخر غير عيوب التصنيع.

الاستبدال كحل بديل
في حال وجود أي مشكلة في المنتج غير عيب الصناعة، يمكن طلب الاستبدال بدلًا من الاسترجاع.

في هذه الحالة، يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الاستبدال.
